What we install

Why drainage EIFS
Modern EIFS has a drainage plane behind the foam, so any water that gets in can get out. It adds continuous insulation, which helps with energy code, and you can choose almost any color or texture. Most problems with old EIFS came from barrier systems and poor details. We build to the manufacturer’s details, with proper flashing at every opening.
Commercial and residential
We’ve installed full EIFS facades on commercial buildings from swing stages and scaffold, and on new homes we design-built ourselves. We work as a direct contractor for owners or as an EIFS subcontractor to general contractors.
Questions
How long does new EIFS last?
A well-detailed drainage EIFS lasts for decades. Plan on sealant joints every 10–15 years and a recoat when the color fades.
Is EIFS more expensive than siding?
It usually costs more than vinyl siding and less than masonry. It also adds continuous insulation, which siding does not.
Do you work for general contractors?
Yes. We bid EIFS and stucco packages from plans and specs, carry the insurance GCs require and provide COIs.
